Fantasy Fashion Contest

Space Mermaid is sponsoring a contest at our favorite website, Polyvore. If you haven't visited Polyvore yet, beware... it is easy to get lost for hours in their world of wonder. If you love art, collages and beautiful imagery, you'll love Polyvore.

Here's the contest: dream up a fantasy fashion set inspired by Space Mermaid. Using at least two pieces of jewelry from SpaceMermaid.com, create a set for the modern mermaid, fairy, witch or space creature… or simply create an eclectic look that’s all your own. Feel free to use clothing from any designers of your choice. Instructions on how to create a set can be found on Polyvore.

First prize will be a $100 gift certificate to SpaceMermaid.com. There will also be one second place $75 gift certificate and one third place $50 gift certificate winner. Winners will be selected by Space Mermaid based on creativity and originality, and will be featured on the homepages of Polyvore and Space Mermaid.
